Well maintained and welcoming ambiance. Dinning hall and banquet halls are very spacious and thoughtfully build. Staff is courteous and friendly. I had a chance to attend a marriage with veg menu and it was simply superb. Food tasted very well and served in quality containers. If you are looking for a budget friendly with somewhat rich looking ambiance consider this place.

These people have no clue of my travel. So don't explain rules. Poorly operated, no restaurant at this place for food. Karthik is the head person as I have understood. Last night I had sperm or some liquid on the mattress when I was ready to sleep, I recorded a video of house keeping, they could not do any help. I asked the working boy for manager, they were not able to get support. Bottom line be careful booking at this place if you are looking for a place with support. People working late nights are lesser educated and don't have responsible staff. If you are traveling around this area restaurants are not of any standard. Rooms are clean when we had a failure with sperms stain on bed, as they clean the beds.. people working here are uneducated to a larger hospitality.

Second time I was at SPG Grand, checked in late at night at about 4 am was surprised to be woken up by the staff for complimentary breakfast at 7:30 even when I had instructed them not to disturb me, had to woke up with a bang due to that irritating door bell which will not let you sleep. Staff is helpful to a certain extent but housekeeping is a bit bad with cracks in the wall in room 201.

Clean rooms and good service. Has food service to rooms but the hotel being a little away causes a half hour delay. Lack of windows in some rooms make you completely unaware of outside.

Not clean, over used blankets, hard beds uncomfortable rooms, dirty bathroom, not recommended to my friend. Food from outside. Serves is bad. It should better. Overall price high. I would not recommend this to my friends.|
